About the role

At i-Med Technology, we are looking for an Operations & Support Specialist who ensures that daily operations run smoothly, while also actively contributing to improving how things are organized.

You combine hands-on work with oversight and process improvement. You switch between support, logistics, administration, and service coordination, making you a key link within the organization.

Your responsibilities include:

Acting as the first point of contact for support and service requests (triage and follow-up)
Processing and managing orders and coordinating with customers and suppliers
Coordinating logistics processes and goods flows
Supporting administrative, marketing, and financial processes
Identifying bottlenecks and improving processes

This is a role where you do the work yourself, but also continuously look for ways to do it better—and take action on that.

Who you are

You feel comfortable in an environment where not everything is set in stone. You take responsibility, maintain oversight, and follow through.

You have:

MBO+/HBO level of working and thinking
Experience in a similar role, preferably in a technical or service-oriented environment
Knowledge of administrative processes and systems (e.g. Exact, SAP, Odoo)
Experience with order processing and support is a strong plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
A proactive and independent working attitude
Good command of both Dutch and English

What we offer

Salary between €3,500 and €4,200 gross per month (based on 40 hours)
One-year contract
25 vacation days
Travel reimbursement (€0.23 per km)
Pension contribution of 5%
Working on-site at Brightlands Maastricht
