Great news! We have been mentioned in the ATTRACT newsletter. As part of the ATTRACT 2 European program, we are proud to announce that the H3D-VISIOnAIR project has now reached its final stage after almost two years. We are excited to report that we are approaching the planned deliverables to build a prototype that can scan the invisible nerve tissue in the human body in real-time during surgery.
We have successfully collected hyperspectral big data on in vivo human tissues and analyzed it using specific algorithms, which resulted in specific NIR bands for real-time analysis. This breakthrough has allowed us to create an AR overlay that can show the previously invisible nerve tissue during surgery.
